BUT on the off chance (which is next to impossible) just email us and we will send you a return address to ship the 'counterfit' item to and we will inspect the item with our team. If the item is indeed counterfit a FULL REFUND will be issued to the payment methood used to purchase the sneakers and the consignor who provided us with the shoes will be permanently banned from ever selling with us again. We are so confident in the authenticity of our products that we will send you a replacement for FREE!
A:Our prices are determined based on many factors. The products we sell, release in very limited quantity around the world, and they all tend to sell out within seconds online from retailers. People line up nights and nights for in-store drops, leaving others no chance to buy. Due to these circumstances, there is a competitive market for these items, and so we price our products according to the market value and what we believe is fair in order to guarantee every one of our customers a chance to secure the product without needing to worry about missing out.
A: Right now we only operate online, but we intend to open a physical store in the near future! Our home-base is located in Melbourne, Victoria, where we dispatch all orders from.

A: Most occasions we can not exchange pairs due to most of our stock being on consignment. It is dificult to trade pairs with our consignors. Sometimes we can get size exchanges arranged but generally we can't. Please make sure to be careful when purchasing.
